Last year, around this time, I had the distinct pleasure of being part of an intimate gathering to listen to Donald Miller speak. Even though I had read ‘Blue Like Jazz‘ and gotten a foretaste of his creativity and humor, there is nothing like seeing a writer in person describe his journey.
